B McDougall’s Pulled Pork

4 think Pork sirloin chops

1 onion, chopped

1 cup BBQ sauce

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/4 cup vinegar

1) Throw all in a slow cooker and cook on low for 8hrs. 

2) About halfway through, use a fork to separate the meat into strings and mix in to the sauce.

3) Serve on large buns with coleslaw.
