Banana Oat Muffins


1 1/2 cup flour

1 tsp baking soda

2 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 cup sugar

2 eggs

1/4 cup oil

1/4 cup milk

3 mashed bananas

1/2 cup chocolate chips

3/4 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup quick oats

1) In a medium- sized mixing bowl, combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and sugar with a fork. Add eggs, milk and oil and mix until well combined.

2) Add mashed bananas and mix thoroughly, removing any large lumps.

3) Add chocolate chips and oats to the above mixture and mix again.

4) Scoop in to a greased muffin tin using a heaping 1/4 cup (almost to the brim of each muffin tin cup).

5) Bake at 375 for 20-25min.
