1 1/2 cup cooked rice
2 cup milk
1/4 tsp salt
1/3 cup sugar
1 tbsp butter
1/2 tsp vanilla
1) In a medium-sized saucepan, on medium heat, cook rice, 1 1/2 cup milk and salt for 15-20 min, until thick.
2) Add the rest of the milk (1/2 cup), sugar, and egg. Cook, stirring constantly for another 3-4 min, until the egg sets.
3) Remove from heat. Stir in butter and vanilla. Continue to stir every few minutes until cool to prevent the creation of a skin on top.
