Ann Sleeper’s Broccoli and Grape Salad


4 cups broccoli, chopped
1/4 cup almonds, slivered
1/2 cup seedless red grapes
1/2 cup seedless green grapes
1/2 cup celery, chopped
2 green onions, chopped


1/2 cup mayonaise
3 tbsp dijon mustard
3 tbsp white vinegar
2 tbsp sugar or honey
salt and pepper

1) On a cookie sheet, toast almonds at 225° for 5-10 min.

2) Combine all salad ingredients in a large salad bowl and top with dressing. Mix until well coated.

3) Let sit about 2 hours before serving.
