Crackerjack Cookies (Double Batch)

2 cup margarine
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup sugar
4 eggs
4 tsp vanilla
3 cup flour
2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp baking powder
4 cup rolled oats
4 cup Rice Krispies
2 cup chocolate chips (or coconut or combo)

1. Wait for margarine to soften and then mix in brown sugar and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla and mix again.

2. In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda and baking powder with a fork. Add dry ingredients to wet and mix again.

3. In a separate bowl, combine rolled oats, Rice Krispies and chocolate chips (and/or coconut). Add to the first mixture and combine again.

4. Store in the fridge until margarine is hard. Use a small spoon to dig up batter and roll 1 1/2 or 2 inch balls (12 or 13 per cookie sheet). Bake at 350 F for 15-20 min. Batter can store in the fridge for about a week or freeze if required. I just eat it raw 😮
