1/2 cup red bell pepper
2 green onions
2 tbsp fresh cilantro
1 or 2 fresh jalapeno chile pepper(s)
3/4 cup fresh cilantro
2 tbsp fresh lime juice
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1. Peel, seed and finely chop mango. Seed and finely chop peppers. Finely chop onion and cilantro. Mix all together in a medium-sized serving bowl.
2. Juice lime and lemon and stir in to salad.
3. Let sit at least 1 hour before serving.
